What You Can Write to Us About
- Corrections to a job listing — if a closing date, qualification, vacancy count, or salary in one of our listings does not match the official advertisement, tell us and we will check it and correct it.
- A job we have missed — if you know of an open vacancy with an upcoming deadline that is not yet on Jobz ST, send us the job title, the employer’s name, and a link to the official advertisement.
- An expired or closed job — if a listing we show as open has already closed, let us know so we can mark it closed straight away.
- Questions about a job — we can explain what a listing says and point you to the official advertisement, although the employer is the only one who can answer questions about the selection process itself.
- Feedback and suggestions — tell us what would make Jobz ST more useful, such as a type of job you would like us to cover or a feature you would like to see.
- Privacy or advertising questions — if you have a question about how we handle your information, or about the advertisements shown on the site, you can write to the same email address.
What We Cannot Do by Email
Jobz ST is a jobs information website, not a recruitment agency, so we cannot accept job applications by email. Please do not send us your CV, copies of your documents, or your personal details. Applications must be submitted to the employer through the method stated in the official job advertisement — for example, an online application portal, a postal address, or an email address given in the advertisement itself.
We also cannot promise that any reader will be shortlisted or selected, and we cannot influence an employer’s hiring decision. If you have applied for a job and are waiting to hear back, please contact the employer directly using the contact details in the official advertisement.
When to Expect a Reply
We aim to reply to all genuine messages within a few working days. Messages about corrections to a listing are treated as a priority, because an incorrect closing date could cause a reader to miss an opportunity. If your message is about a job whose deadline is very close, please say so in the subject line so we can deal with it first.
Stay Safe
Please never send us passwords, bank account details, or identity document numbers, and never pay anyone who claims they can get you a job through Jobz ST. Genuine employers do not ask job seekers to pay a fee for an application, a test, or an interview.
