This Editorial and Job Verification Policy explains how Jobz ST (jobzst.online) finds, checks, publishes, and updates its job listings. It is our public promise to readers: no job appears on this website without being checked against its official source, and no salary, vacancy count, or closing date is ever invented.
Last updated: 5 November 2026.
1. Where Our Jobs Come From
We find job openings from official sources only: the employer’s own website and career pages, official recruitment notices published in newspapers, government department and public-sector organisation announcements, university and bank recruitment pages, and official online application portals. We do not take job listings from anonymous social media posts, forwarded messages, or websites that do not name their source, and we do not publish jobs that we cannot trace back to an official announcement.
2. Every Job Is Checked Against Its Official Source Before Publishing
Before any job is published on Jobz ST, a member of our editorial team checks it against the official advertisement or announcement. We confirm the following details before the listing goes live:
- The exact job title and the name of the hiring organisation.
- The number of vacancies, where the employer has announced it.
- The required qualification, experience, and age limit, where stated.
- The place of posting and the method of applying.
- The last date to apply — the closing date — which we show prominently in every listing.
- Any application fee, where the employer has stated one, and the official way to pay it.
We also link to the official advertisement or the employer’s official page wherever possible, so readers can read the original notice for themselves and apply through the official channel. If we cannot verify a detail, we do not publish it — we either leave it out of the listing or state clearly that the employer has not announced it.
3. No Salary or Deadline Is Invented
We never invent a salary, a vacancy count, a qualification, or a closing date. If the official advertisement does not state a salary, we say so — or we leave the salary out — rather than guessing a figure. If the employer has not announced a closing date, we do not make one up. Every figure and every date in a Jobz ST listing comes from the official source, and any summary we write is based only on what that source actually says.
4. How We Write Listings
Each listing is written by our editorial team in clear, plain language, as a summary of the official advertisement. We keep the employer’s own wording for the important conditions — such as eligibility, documents required, and how to apply — and we do not add requirements the employer has not stated. Headlines and summaries are written to describe the job accurately, never to exaggerate it. We do not use misleading headlines, and we do not promise that any reader will be selected.
5. Expired Jobs Are Marked Closed and Never Shown as Current
When a job’s closing date passes, we mark that job as closed and stop showing it as a current opening. Expired listings are never presented as if they are still open, and we do not extend a closing date unless the employer itself has officially extended it. If an employer extends a deadline, we update the listing only after confirming the extension from the official source, and we show the new date clearly.
We review our listings regularly so that expired jobs are closed promptly. If you find a listing that we still show as open after its closing date has passed, please tell us at skdultana003@gmail.com and we will mark it closed straight away.
6. Corrections
Despite our checks, mistakes can happen, and employers can change their announcements. When we learn that a listing is wrong — from a reader, from the employer, or from our own review — we check it against the official source again and correct it as soon as we can. Corrections to a closing date are treated as urgent, because an incorrect date could cause a reader to miss an opportunity. Readers can report an error through our Contact Us page or by email at skdultana003@gmail.com.
7. Fraud and Scam Checks
We do not publish job listings that ask job seekers to pay a fee for an application, a test, or an interview, unless the fee is an official, publicly announced application fee payable through the employer’s official channel. If we learn that a listed job is connected to a scam, we remove the listing immediately and, where appropriate, warn readers. Our Disclaimer explains the warning signs of job fraud in more detail.
8. Independence and Advertising
Our editorial decisions are independent. Advertisers, including those whose ads appear on Jobz ST through Google AdSense, do not influence which jobs we list, how we describe them, or which jobs we feature. We do not accept payment from any employer in exchange for listing a job, for describing it favourably, or for hiding a closing date. Jobz ST is free to read, and advertising is shown separately from our editorial content.
9. Who Is Responsible
The editor of Jobz ST is responsible for this policy and for the accuracy of the listings published on the website. If you have a question about how a job was verified, or a concern about any listing, please email us at skdultana003@gmail.com and we will look into it.
